"Jason recently taught my Year 6 class self-defence. The girls absolutely loved it. He was completely motivating and very professional in his delivery and content of the lesson. The lesson was very practical; with the girls actively involved in self-defence moves. The girls also received a booklet on moves they had learnt and preventative measures. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jason to any group or individual in the future. We are certainly looking forward to having him back next year. "

"Jason O'Connor's self - defence workshop was delivered with clarity, good pace, and humour. The pupils were engaged with the subject from the off and I was particularly impressed with his rapport with them and the fact that he learnt their names so quickly. The subject matter was presented at a suitable level and time was given to all equally. I hope that the boys never have to use these skills but I think what they and I learnt today will help them avoid instances of aggression which appear all to familiar today in the news.
