Techniques taught are highly effective in realistic situations.

After the first session you are guaranteed to have more confidence and knowledge in how to look after yourself.

A brief idea of what you could learn is how to defend against and carry out:

  • Blocking punches and kicks
  • Throws & how to land safely
  • Side headlocks
  • Strangles
  • Back bear hugs/front bear hugs
  • Several men attack
  • Attacks from knives, bottles, sticks etc
  • Arm locks and leg locks
  • Hair, arm and clothes grabbing
  • Wallet or purse being snatched
  • Defence from sitting down, at a table or driving
