Jason offers a range of services that includes martial arts training and or fitness training.

These can be carried out on a one to one basis or in groups.

One to one sessions

Your individual workout is designed to meet your requirements safe and effectively.


Small groups

A maximum 10 people can train with Jason O'Connor at the Mayfair residence for small groups. Any larger amount of participants can be held at your own venue or another hired venue.


Self Defence

Techniques taught are highly effective in realistic situations. After the first session you are guaranteed to have more confidence and knowledge in how to look after yourself. Find out more about Jason's Self Defence workshops.


Kick Boxing

Involves kicking, punching, knees and elbows. Using these four methods for defence and attack. Excellent for increasing all round fitness including stamina, strength, co-ordination, flexiblity and agility etc.


Mixed Martial Arts

MMA. This is basically a combination of different types of arts and fighting styles including boxing, thai boxing, grappling, wrestling, judo etc.


Fitness Training

Training programmes can be devised for weight loss, weight gain, toning, rehabilitation, core training, strength training etc.


Nutrition

A nutritional assessment can be made and advice given. This includes healthier eating habits based on your currrent diet alongside your nutritional needs.
